Approved applicants will be matched with suitable employment opportunities based on their qualifications, skills, and experience. Upon successful job placement, an official offer letter outlining the terms and conditions of employment will be issued.
Following acceptance of the employment offer, we initiates the USCIS petition filing process by preparing and submitting the required petition and supporting documentation to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for review. The petition requests authorization for the foreign worker's employment and establishes eligibility under the applicable immigration category. USCIS reviews the submitted information to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements before making a determination. Applicants are notified of significant updates throughout the review process and may be required to provide additional documentation if requested by USCIS. Upon approval, the petition becomes an important step toward obtaining the necessary authorization to work and, where applicable, proceeding with the immigration process.
Upon approval of the required petition, applicants will receive guidance on completing the DS-160 Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. This stage involves accurately providing personal, educational, employment, and travel information required by the U.S. Department of State. The application will be reviewed to ensure completeness and consistency with the supporting documentation previously submitted. Applicants may receive assistance and instructions regarding the submission process, confirmation page requirements, and preparation for the visa interview. Successful completion and submission of the DS-160 application are essential steps toward scheduling a visa appointment and proceeding with the visa issuance process.
Applicants will receive guidance and preparation for their U.S. Embassy interview, including document review and interview readiness support. A required medical examination with an authorized physician must also be completed before the visa interview process is finalized.
Upon visa approval, successful applicants will receive relocation support, including a paid air ticket and up to three months of accommodation assistance to facilitate a smooth transition. Additional arrival guidance may be provided to help applicants settle into their new work environment and destination.
